Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ
What happens if you miss a session?
We require 48 hours notice for cancellation of a session otherwise we will need to charge for the time.
Are the sessions online or in person?
Currently we are offering online sessions
How frequently will I be seen?
You can discuss this with your therapist but we usually offer weekly or fortnightly sessions
How long does each session last?
Sessions are typically 50 minutes
How many sessions until I feel better?
We are not able to predict this as everyone is different. However we have a strong belief that therapy should enable people to get back on their feet again and therefore we always aim towards you no longer needing therapeutic support.
