Our Mission

Supporting your psychological wellbeing throughout the transition points in your life

Our Mission

We are here to support your emotional wellbeing through life’s big changes – from the first thoughts about having a child, through pregnancy, birth, parenthood, and beyond.
Lifecycle Psychology is a London-based team of psychologists and psychotherapists who offer a safe, welcoming space to talk, be heard, and find a way forward when life feels overwhelming.

We work with adults, parents, carers, babies, and children, offering high-quality, inclusive care. We believe in listening without judgement, understanding your unique experience, and helping you take positive steps at a time that may feel difficult.
Our approach is compassionate and flexible, whether you’re adjusting to a new stage in life, coping with loss, managing anxiety, or navigating challenges in parenting. We aim to make support accessible to everyone, removing barriers and reducing stigma wherever we can.

Above all, we believe in listening without judgement, working alongside you, and creating a safe space where change and healing can happen across life’s cycles.
